Do you want to get slim within the shortest time? If your answer is yes, then you must know your body type in order to set the right weight loss goal. It is important to know the body type you were born with because it will help you know who to model your body after.

It defeats the purpose to strive to look like Taylor Swift when your body type falls under the category of Beyonce.

 

Body types

 

1. Mesomorph body type

People with this body type easily lose and gain fat, and naturally build up muscle. Example of famous Mesomorphs are:

1. Decide

Wanting to lose weight is not enough you must decide to get slim. You cannot get anything by wanting it; you can only get it by deciding to go for it. One of the reasons you have not lose weight is because you have not decided to lose weight.

When you decide to lose weight, you cannot be ruled by those habits that set a boundary on your weight loss goal.

2. Motivate yourself

Write down three things you will gain if you pursue a weight loss goal and three things you will lose if you don’t. Read it out to yourself every morning. You will be surprised how this single act will inspire you to achieve your weight loss goal.

3. Put something on the line

Man is at his best when something is at stack. Promise yourself that you are not going to engage in something you find pleasurable until you lose considerable amount of weight. This will prompt you to work double hard to attain your weight loss goal.

4. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated

Adequate hydration is not only important for your overall health but can help you lose weight naturally. When you drink 2 glass of water before your meal, you have reduced your hunger drastically.This will help you eat less. Do you know water is an ideal beauty product?

5. Exercise regurlaly

Do you know that exercise and dieting work hand in hand to make your weight loss goal a reality? Dieting helps you get rid of the fat in your body, why exercise helps you to create a stunning body.

Why dieting is busily decreasing your body metabolism, exercise is counteracting that decreasing, boosting your body metabolism and increasing your muscle tone.

This improves your fitness tremendously. Understand that the boost in metabolism is very important. Exercise is a natural way to help increase your calories burn and lose weight.

6. Sleep adequately

Sleep Do you know that not having adequate sleep can turn you into a glutton? Yes, too little sleep can make you gain weight. Inadequate sleep increases the level of the hunger hormone known as ghrelin which stimulates our appetite. Therefore, to achieve your weight loss goal, you need the recommended seven to eight hours of sleep a night.

The importance of sleep cannot be overemphasized. In fact, it is very important to your weight loss goal and wellbeing. Research shows that deprivation of sleep increases the risk of obesity and heart diseases. Few tips that can help you fall asleep easily:

. Turn off your TV, computer and any form of light at least one hour before you go to bed. Light suppresses your sleep hormone known as melatonin, while darkness helps to ignite your body to release this hormone.

.Try to avoid light interaction before going to bed

. Avoid alcohol, nicotine and caffeinated drink two to three hours before bedtime

. Don’t go to bed hungry

 

7. De-stress

  Stress is not only fatal to your weight loss goal but to your wellbeing. Research shows that stress will increase your chances of having diabetes, depression and heart disease. The need to de-stress if you want to lose weight cannot be overemphasized.

Stress possesses the ability to trigger the hormone known as cortisol. This stress hormone can also increase appetite.

8. Diet

What is dieting? Dieting is the practice of eating in a supervised way in order to decrease, maintain or increase body weight or to prevent and treat diseases. Reduction in the intake of foods high in calories is the panacea to achieving your weight loss goal.

In fact, experts agree that it is one of the factors that help us to achieve this kind of goal. When stressed dieting can also help you de-stressed faster than you thought possible.

Consumption of high fiber foods such as fruits, grains, legumes, and vegetables are not only good for your health but will help you attain your weight loss goal faster. High fiber foods can help fill you up.

Try to add more fiber to your diet. It is recommended that women should eat at least 20 to 25 grams of fiber a day, while men should settle for 30 to 40 grams a day.

A higher protein intake is one of the master keys to your weight loss goal. Protein helps us to reduce the level of our hunger hormone ghrelin; thereby, causing us to eat less. High fat processed food is a no-go area while working to lose weight. They are very high in calories and have little or no nutrients.

In fact, they are stripped of all the beneficial nutrients during their processing. To lose weight faster, I recommend pineapple and salad.
